An email server does not always have to be a huge pain. You do not have to hire a server guru to have your email server work seamlessly or your correspondence secured.
An ASP may be a way out, but you do not really want to rely on someone's service since you don't know if they can be trusted or not. We act as a bank for your corporate mail, and you rent a bank cell. The only difference in this scenario is in the fact that you fix the lock and the key yourself. Furthermore, you lock the key in its own coded locker so we have no information on the key you have, and are unable to see the contents of your locker.
When you order several lockers for your account, we give you an entire bank department so you can issue bank cells to the members of your organization. That is the same as exchanging information through the bank, but not physically going there.
