How fast you can
get it working

To build your company mail structure you will need to set up new user accounts. If it complies with the information policy of your company, you can also distribute a Co-Mail Express component to use any e-mail client you want, like Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, etc. Your virtual server operator can go through these steps easily and quickly.

1. Change the access password to your administrative interface.

After receiving the password and the link to your company virtual mail server control interface, you need to first enter the administrative interface and change the access password to the administrative interface. It is available in the OPTIONS section. This should take about 2 minutes.

2. Create a mail account for yourself.

When you have your company mail server administrative interface you can start setting up accounts for your company employees. First, create an account for yourself by pressing the NEW USER button and follow the instructions. This will take less than 5 minutes.

3. Issue accounts to other users.

After pressing the NEW USER button, you will be given a choice:

A. Set up an account for the new user by yourself, and give the user his login and password (the user will be required to change his password on his first entry to his mailbox). Setting up the new user account yourself should take about 3 minutes.

B. Send a link to let the new user set up his account himself.

Setting up a new user by sending a link takes about 2 minutes. After receiving the link it is up to the user to find the spot to set up an account (this is why this method is less controllable).

After new user account setup, you should see the new user figure and address appear in the list of users at the left part of your administrative interface. All other users will be in the corporate address book in the web interface.

4. Co-Mail Express utility distribution.

The Co-Mail Express utility is available for download on your administrative interface in the upper menu. After downloading the Express utility, you can send it from your mail box with the help of your web interface. In your web interface you should see the corporate address book with the list of all your corporate server users. Simply put a check mark in front of the addresses of the users who require use of the Express utility, and it will add them to the mailing queue. You can also choose to get confirmation on if your mail has been received and when. This should take about 10 minutes.
