How long can I retain my account if I do not use it?

A corporate mail account is retained for the whole period your company has a subscription.

What is the volume of my box?

Standard volume is 32 Mb, but it can easily be modified the way you want. For instance, your company paid for 10 accounts of 32 Mb each. The total volume is 10 x 32 Mb = 320 Mb. Some department of your company needs a larger box, say 100 Mb. With Co-Mail this is possible. Within paid configuration we arrange accounts of any volume you like. Every employee also receives 50 Mb of secure file storage.

Is there any limit on the size of messages and attached files that we send and receive?

Co-Mail does not limit the size of the outgoing messages. This size is limited by the receiver's box requirements only. However, if the size of a message with the attached files exceeds the volume of your box it will not be saved in the "Sent" folder. Also, you will not be able to receive any messages with files whose size, (text of a letter plus attached file) together with other letters in your box, exceeds the standard volume (32 Mb). In order to avoid this we advise you to regularly clear all unnecessary messages from your box.

How can I prevent my box from being over quota?

Do not forget to delete unnecessary letters and keep an eye on your "Trash" folder. To have "Trash" folder messages automatically deleted, choose the "Periodically clear Trash folder" option in "Options" / "Mail options". You can also clear the "Trash" folder manually by pressing the "clear" link on the right of the "Trash" folder.

How can I save files attached to the letters I receive on my PC?

Open the message you received. The attached files can be seen in the letter heading in the lower window. There should be the "Attached files" notice and a list of the attached files. Press on the name of a file you want to save. A window will pop up indicating the loading process. Wait until the file is loaded. The content of the window will change so that you can save the file on your PC by pressing the "Save" button. You can choose the options of saving and put a check mark for "Open file after save" and "Save encrypted". If several files are attached to the letter you can save them selectively. Just put a check mark next to the files you want to save and press the "Download" button in the right part of the line. In the window that pops up you should see a list of the selected files. Simply save them by pressing the "Save" button next to the name of the file.
