How can I install a web mail box shortcut on my PC`s desktop?

Choose "Options" in the upper menu of your web mail interface, go to "Other options" and click on the "Secure mail box login button" link. The shortcut will be saved on your PC's desktop automatically. To enter your web mail interface, double click on the shortcut, enter your login and password, and press the SIGN IN button.

Can I use my Co-Mail address to correspond with users of other mail systems, not just Co-Mail?

Yes, you can. Co-Mail users can send and receive messages from users of different mail systems. However, remember that your correspondence is fully secure only when both a receiver and a sender are Co-Mail users.

Can I export my Co-Mail address book to my favourite email software's address book?

Yes. Go to "Options" then to "Other options". Press the "Address book export" button. All entries in your corporate address book will be saved in a .LDF file. After that, run your email client and import entries from that file into your email software's address book.

Can I use a personal identifier (token) to work in
Co-Mail?

Yes, you can use a Rainbow iKey through USB-port. To upload your login and password into your token, switch it to the USB-port and open the Co-Mail login page. Initiate a virtual keyboard by double clicking in the "Password" field. Press the "Export private key to iKey" button and enter your login, password, iKey PIN-code and press the "Export" button. To enter your box with the help of a token just switch it to the USB-port and open a Co-Mail login page. Initiate a virtual keyboard by double clicking in the "Password" field. Enter your iKey PIN-code in the "Enter your PIN" field and press the "Ok" button. After entering the PIN-code, if the token has more than one record in it, simply click the account you want to enter.

What can the Co-Mail administrator do?


The Co-Mail administrator can:

  • Change the administrative interface access password;

  • Set up, block or delete accounts;

  • Access user and system statistics;

  • Disable selected users' option to receive/send emails outside your corporate domain or Secure Mail;

  • Set the interface for users' mailboxes;

  • Select how company email addresses look;

  • Provide users with the opportunity to use Co-Mail via their favorite email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, TheBat and others;

  • Provide users with the opportunity to quickly access their boxes while working through web-interface by sending shortcuts;

  • Buy or upgrade Co-Mail subscription.
