- Web-interface session protection
A limited inactivity period of a web-interface session which ensures that no one will enter your account or see the contents of your mailbox after you have left the computer. 25 minutes after you leave the window of a Co-Mail web-interface session, moving on to some other site, your Co-Mail session gets completely blocked and a relogin is needed to resume it. To stop a Co-Mail session immediately you simply need to press the Logout button in the upper menu of a web mail interface.
- Secure file storage
Allows employees to access a secure file storage which enables sharing files and opening them from different locations - 50 Mb per every mailbox.
- Corporate address book
Built-in web mail interface enables user to send his messages to everyone in the company without having to remember all the email addresses. Whenever the address book undergoes any change this change affects the address books in all web mail interfaces of all corporate virtual server users.
- Mail receipt confirmation
When a user on the corporate mail server sends a message he can get a confirmation of whether the recipient received and/or read his message and when.
- File protection
Built-in web mail interface file protection feature enables the user to encrypt and decrypt files on the user's PC and all other data storage devices.
- Password change
The user of the corporate mail service can change his mail access password anytime he wishes by using the password change in the "Options" section of his web mail interface.
- Virtual keyboard
The user can use a virtual keyboard to enter a password when accessing his box via web-interface. The keyboard prevents malefactors from intercepting the password if a PC has a "keyboard spy" installed on it. A layout of the keyboard changes automatically every time the user enters his account.
- iKey support
Option to use a Rainbow iKey to enter a mail box via web mail interface.
